Self Assessment Tax Returns, Filed Right and On Time
If you are self-employed, a landlord, a company director taking dividends or you have untaxed income, HMRC expects a Self Assessment return every year. We gather your figures, claim every allowable expense and file before the deadline, so there are no penalties and no last-minute stress.
Making Tax Digital for Income Tax started in April 2026 for sole traders and landlords with qualifying income over £50,000, and the threshold falls to £30,000 from April 2027. We set you up with compliant software and send the quarterly updates for you.
- Registration with HMRC (UTR)

Limited companies
Company Accounts and Corporation Tax for Limited Companies
Every UK limited company must file annual accounts with Companies House and a Corporation Tax return (CT600) with HMRC. We prepare your statutory accounts, calculate your Corporation Tax, file both returns and remind you of every payment date.
We also advise directors on the most tax-efficient mix of salary and dividends, and prepare your personal Self Assessment alongside the company work.

- CT600 Corporation Tax returns
- Confirmation statements
- Director salary and dividend planning
- Dormant company accounts
- Companies House filings and changes
